Onsite repairs & maintenance

We review and setup your assets with a QR code and maintenance plan so that with a quick scan of a phone:

• Lift Engineers can instantly access lifting plans, certifications, request parts and log issues

• Insurance assesses, senior management and facilities management can review assets for risk and maintenance reasons, reducing downtime

• Finance teams can review all relevant information (incl. photos) and locate assets for financial purposes

This improves safety and reliability, reducing the cost of operating the assets, the chance of downtime and potential damage to WIP

Asset Review/Management

We have in-house engineers available for 24 hour review and repair or diagnostics:

• If the equipment cannot be repaired immediately, our engineers can procure the part/expertise at preferred rates.

• In some instances we will offer to purchase your broken parts and replace them immediately rather than repair in-situ to ensure you are up and running within a few hours.

Lift Plans & Risk Reviews

We offer to review or create new lift plans to ensure compliance and safety are met at all times

• Plans are designed taking into account your unique requirements enhancing safety, efficiency and reliability.

• risk reviews are conducted for management & reducing insurance premiums

• We can provide individuals or a full team to satisfy your lifting requirements safely, allowing you to focus on your core business. We take the stress and risk away!

New/Bespoke Lifting Gear

Bespoke & Lifting Equipment/Gear - Design, supply and installation

• We have in-house experts that design lifting equipment to suit your requirements. When practical we use standard/off the shelf equipment, allowing us to keep costs and maintenance as economical as possible.

• If the supply is outsourced it is at preferable rates, which are passed on and managed by our team to ensure they are installed and operating as expected.

• The most often supplied items are: Bespoke Lifting Equipment, Jib Cranes, Runway systems and Girder Cranes

Thorough Examination Review

We review your assets prior & post your Thorough Examination to keep insurance premiums down:

• We review defects and recommendations from the prior year & provide a priority list and quotes for resolution

• Reminders are set and calls made to ensure access is available, allowing you to relax knowing that this will be taken care of going forwards.

Equipment Testing

We offer destructive and non-destructive testing with the option to compare against regulations / quality guidelines.
