Our machines are out of action, how quickly can you get us up and running?

Sedge carries a range of pendants, hoists and other parts with the aim of having you operational in the first visit. If we dont have the parts, we have spare units, which we will offer to install, whilst we wait for suppliers to provide key parts for appropriate repairs. We have negotiated preferential terms with a number of suppliers, resulting in beneficial prices where possible.

Where do you get your equipment from?

Sedge has visited a number of suppliers around the world and so can provide the parts from the supplier you want. If price wasn't a factor, Japanese equipment would probably be our pick. However, practicalities dictate that price means we generally use a combination of English, German, Italian, American, Japanese and of course Chinese equipment.
